Important Information for Wholesale Buyers

Accents of the West has a wholesale division which is accessible only to qualified buyers. In order to qualify to purchase our products at wholesale you must follow these steps:

E-mail, fax or mail a copy of your Resale Tax Permit to the address shown under
How to Contact Us. This MUST be a copy of the actual certificate not just a number in an e-mail.
Click here and then click on the link at the top of the screen that says Login.
Fill in all of the information to become a new shopper.

Once you have registered, send an e-mail to us with your ID (not your password) so that you can be switched to the wholesale price list once your Resale Tax Permit is received.

PLEASE NOTE: The site you are currently on (www.AccentsoftheWest.com) contains many items that are NOT available from us at wholesale prices. These are items purchased by us strictly for retail sale and items that are sold on a commission basis. The only items available for wholesale are either shown in the catalog you receive from us or are displayed on
www.AccentsoftheWest.net.

Once you are set up as a wholesale buyer with Accents of the West you will be able to purchase at full wholesale rates which are 52% - 54% below retail. These prices will only be visible to you once you have logged in!!!!!!. The wholesale shopping cart is on a separate server, if you wish to purchase something at wholesale prices and it is not listed on the web site simply click on the Shop by Item Number link and enter the item number. All of the items from your wholesale catalog are available to order through Accentsofthewest.net if they are in stock. If an item is not in stock you will be notified immediately.

Purchases made on-line must be paid for with a major credit card. If you wish to establish an open account with us that can be done after your first purchase and with credit references. The first purchase must be paid for in advance by major credit card- Subsequent orders, made by mail will be accepted with a 50% down payment upon approval. If you fail to pay the remaining balance within 30 days your credit card will be charged and all future orders will have to be paid IN FULL IN ADVANCE.

There is no minimum order required for wholesale purchases.

Shipping is via UPS ground and is based on location. When you register with us as a wholesale buyer we will let you know what the shipping rate is for your location.
