ORDERS TOTALING $74.95 OR MORE ARE SHIPPED WITH NO SHIPPING OR HANDLING CHARGES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Exception to above:

In order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or other U.S. Territories orders must be shipped to us and we re-ship them. Unfortunately, the only way to do this profitably is to charge our customers what the Postal Service charges us in addition to the $8.00 shipping for your product to reach us. We will not add any handling charges or any additional shipping charges.

In stock items are shipped via UPS Ground, Parcel Post or Priority Mail from our West Coast location usually within 48 hours of processing your order. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery if you live east of the Mississippi River.  Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer.  On some pages we made made note of delivery times of
4 to 6 weeks.  These items are shipped from the manufacturer and may take additional time. If you are in a hurry, please don’t order them, the time frame is NOT ours but the manufacturer’s and there is nothing we can do about it.

Some items require longer shipping times.  These items will be clearly marked.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: While we do ship internationally, ALL ORDERS will be shipped via US Postal Service and will be charged the best rate to you your order in the best time for the best price. You will be sent an e-mail asking for your approval of the shipping rate/time BEFORE you your is processed. You MUST respond to this e-mail within 48 hours or the order will be shipped using GLOBAL EXPRESS which allows us to track the order and confirm delivery.  Please Note:  NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY - LARGE ITEMS, SUCH AS FURNITURE, ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

PLEASE NOTE: with some items you are being taken to the web site of the store/company who is actually doing the shipping. For those items - you are buying DIRECTLY from them and Accents of the West’s policies do not apply and we have no way of tracking that order.

MILITARY ADDRESSES:  We do ship to APS’s and FPO’s.  These orders are shipped via US Postal Mail and are, therefore, a little slower.  As a courtesy to our military personnel if the order is under $30.00 you will not be charged any additional postage - only the $8.00 we charge all small orders.  Please note, that unfortunately this means that large items, such as furniture, are not available to be shipped to military addresses.

Liber Merchandising and Accents of the West try to do everything in our power to satisfy our customers. However, we realize that sometimes mistakes happen and with that in mind the following is our policy on Returns:

• Liber Merchandising guarantees the quality of its merchandise and will replace any item damaged in shipment at no additional charge. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

•  If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item we will replace it for only the cost of shipping the replacement to you. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. We require that you ship the item to us in its original packaging via UPS. A replacement item will be sent to you.

•  If an incorrect item was sent to you, please notify us via e-mail immediately with a description and item number both of the item you expected and the item your received.  A replacement item will be sent to you once we have received the original item back in satisfactory condition.  We require that you ship the item to us in its original packaging via UPS.

•  Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.

•  You MUST email us for a “return authorization” before returning any merchansie for any reason.  Merchandise returned without a return authorization will be refused and no credit given.

•  Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all original packaging.

•  Please re-pack the merchandise with care.

•  Please read all notes on the pages of furniture and large made-to-order items regarding returns for reasons other than damage.

We try our very best to accommodate our customers and to make them happy.  But we also ask that you help us to keep our expenses down so we can continue to keep our prices down. Please do not send an item back to us without e-mailing us first and explaining the problem.

When we e-mail you with a question concerning your order, your address or to confirm information - PLEASE RESPOND to these e-mails. We often find that there is some discrepancy with the billing address or a problem with your credit card. We send an e-mail requesting additional information FOR YOUR PROTECTION.  We are a small company and we try to provide personal service to take care of our customers.  We can’t do that if you don’t respond to our
 e-mails.  We travel frequently so e-mail is our primary form of communication.  We don’t sell our mailing lists or share your information with anyone other than our shipper.
